What to Expect from Each Session

Desk Reset (15 minutes)

A short, effective reset designed to fit seamlessly into the workday. Participants stay at their desks or use chairs for gentle, accessible movement that releases tension from sitting and screen time. No changing clothes, no equipment, no sweating.

 

Best for: meetings, quick breaks, remote teams, recurring touchpoints

Midday Recharge (30 minutes)

A longer at-desk session that allows for deeper movement while still staying work-friendly. These classes improve posture, mobility, and focus without pulling people out of their day.

Best for: weekly wellness programs, team routines, hybrid workplaces

Full Body Flow (60 minutes)

​

A traditional yoga class designed for deeper stress relief and full-body mobility. Participants typically change clothes and move through a complete flow that may include standing poses, light sweating, and relaxation.

 

Best for: team events, wellness days, in-office groups, retreats

Session Formats Available

  • Virtual (Zoom or preferred platform)

  • One-on-one sessions

  • Outdoor / nature sessions (weather permitting)
